1. Acceptance of Terms

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You accept the current and all future versions of these Terms

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Material changes will be notified via email or on the platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Get2Date is an adult-oriented chat and entertainment platform. The Service allows interaction between regular users and virtual profiles (“Entertainers”). The platform does not arrange, facilitate, or guarantee real-life meetings, dates, relationships, or physical contact. Any off-platform contact occurs solely at the user’s own risk and responsibility.

3. Virtual Profiles and Regular Users

The Service includes both virtual profiles operated by trained Entertainers and profiles created by regular users. Virtual profiles may use roleplay, scripted responses, automated messages, and fictional personas. All content from virtual profiles is fictional, and individuals depicted in images or videos are not necessarily the persons communicating. No guarantees are made regarding identity, intent, emotions, or real-world actions.

4. Adult Content

The Service may contain sexually explicit or suggestive content. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access such content in your jurisdiction.

5. Age Verification & 2257 Compliance

All individuals depicted in visual content are over the age of 18. The platform utilizes age confirmation at registration (user declaration and IP geolocation). Records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the Operator.

6. No Expectation & No Reliance

You expressly acknowledge that the Service provides fictional adult entertainment only. You must not rely on any communications or interactions on the platform for decisions, expectations, emotional investment, financial decisions, or real-life actions.

7. Credits and Payments

Credits are a virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits constitute digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By purchasing credits, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive any right of withdrawal to the maximum extent permitted by law. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse may result in immediate account termination and further legal action.

8. User Conduct

• Harassment, threats, abuse, or exploitation are prohibited
• Illegal content, including any material involving minors, is strictly forbidden
• Fraud, abuse, or circumvention of payment systems is prohibited

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all liability for direct and indirect damages, including emotional distress, loss of expectations, relationships, data, or credits.

The Operator’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user within the last six (6) months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. GDPR rights may be exercised by contacting privacy@get2date.eu.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Copyright & DMCA

DMCA notices should be sent to dmca@get2date.com. Valid notices will be processed in accordance with U.S. law.

14. Force Majeure

The Operator shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including cyberattacks, system failures, or governmental actions.

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes may be brought before courts in Sheridan, Wyoming.

18. Changes

The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication.
